As soon as the data is published and updated as the chart.
No. 4 in the absence of inspections stopped reactor fuel assemblies for, are excluded from the list.

Tepco says newly identified leaks of radiation leaks from the Fukushima Nuclear Reactor may have been leaking radiation exceeding Chernobyl levels.

As I previously reported, the American media finally acknowledged TEPCO’s press release that nuclear meltdown had occurred in 3 reactors at the Fukushima nuclear power plant.
